Urgent Help: Submission Paused via Limit Loop, 0 Files In-Review, 324 Portfolio Assets Stuck

Hello Adobe Forum Moderators and Staff,

I urgently need your help regarding a severe technical glitch/loop on my Stock Contributor dashboard.

Here is exactly what happened:
1. I recently requested a category correction from "Photos" to "Illustrations" for my approved assets.
2. Following my request, Adobe support moved around 324 of my previously approved files back to the "Reminder" tab so I could resubmit them correctly.
3. I began resubmitting them one by one, but after just a few files, the automatic system triggered a safety block, stating that my submission access is temporarily paused due to maximum limits.
4. Right now, my "In-Review" / pending section is completely empty with ZERO (0) files, but my "Submit" and "Upload" buttons are completely frozen and grayed out.

Because of this system loop, I am totally blocked from recovering my 6 months of hard work or uploading new content, which is severely impacting my contributor rank and monthly sales.

Could an official moderator please look into my account manually, override this temporary pause, or escalate this to the technical team to reset my limit block so I can restore my portfolio?

Thank you so much for your time and urgent intervention.

Best regards,
Maviya-ID 15

I know that Adobe saves much of the user’s info in their session cookie. Try a different browser that has its own cookies. Maybe you will get lucky.

Forgive me bro, Adobe just doesn’t allow to start a post, and I wish your success from the bottom of my heart, but I really need to say something to Adobe, ok?

Oh Adobe, you made me so happy now. YOU’VE BAN ME 3 YEARS AGO, without ever giving me explanation and now (16 February 2026) you send me an email telling me that someone has credited my images on a project!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Of course not! I took the project prints and can  imagine my surprise to realize that you finally unblocked my library! I took prints too, NOW CAN SUE YOU! I will do it soon, everyone knows you are going bankrupt, It’s on Nasdaq baby!

Even you beg me I’d never use CREATIVE CLOUD again! BUGGED DEPLORABLE APPS! BLENDER is a million times better than Premiere, AE and Animate together! KRITA AI doesn’t treat me like a kid and it’s FREE, unlike PHOTOSHOP that doesn’t even run on Windows anymore, disgrace app! INKSCAPE is just one of the vector apps far higher to Illustrator!!! I want to see your bankruptcy! LONG LIFE TO LINUX and OPEN SOURCE FREE!

ADOBE, YOU DESERVE THE BANKRUPT AND IT’S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW! WELL DONE! BURN IN HELL!

    324 assets is a lot.

It will likely take 7 weeks (50 per week) to resubmit all your assets as illustrations.

    I hope it’s worth it.

Lesson: after approval, it’s best to not upset the apple cart.

There is a weekly submission limit on each account, and it appears that you’ve bumped up against it. Check back daily until it is rese.t

Looks like your assets are being considered as entirely new submission. I suspect there isn’t much you can do outside of waiting until you can upload again, unless support can be of assistance.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

First, Adobe staff & reviewers DO NOT visit this user-to-user Contributor forum.

Second, contact Stock Contributor Support from the link in your portal.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

Your region might be blocked. In which country do you reside?

Thank you for your response. I reside in Pakistan, and my region is definitely not blocked.

To clarify, I have already contacted Stock Contributor Support via email. My issue is purely a technical layout loop on the dashboard: my "In-Review" section has ZERO files, but the system is incorrectly applying a weekly submission limit lock, freezing my "Submit" and "Upload" buttons.

I posted here in hopes that an official Adobe Staff member or Moderator could see this glitch and manually reset the submission limit block on my account backend.

If it’s possible to unblock your portal, that’s a technical issue that must be performed by Adobe staff.  Nobody here has that power.  Sorry.

    Other options:

    1. Use another web device that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled.
    2. Clear your browser’s cached data, history & cookies.
