Urgent: Locked Out of Contributor Account - Registered Gmail Deleted by Google

Hello Adobe Stock Community and Admin team,

 

I am an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I am currently completely locked out of my contributor dashboard. My registered Gmail address was permanently deleted by Google, meaning I can no longer receive the 2-step verification codes to log in.

 

I have tried contacting Contributor Support directly via email (Case ID: 00519061), but the automated system keeps rejecting it because it is classified as an Adobe ID credential issue. The live chat bot also blocks me because my new email doesn't have an active paid subscription plan.

 

I desperately need an Adobe Moderator or Community Manager here to manually escalate this case to the Global Accounts Security Team so they can update my old Adobe ID to my new active email address [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]

 

I am fully prepared to provide my official Government ID and payout history to verify my identity. Thank you very much for your help.

    Fellow users can’t help you with account problems.
