Hello,

I have this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."
and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings.

I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.

What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

Please URGENTLY help me release the account, I am willing to follow your instruction about the reason for blocking.

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kind regards !

If you have replied to the Contact Us link, there is nothing else you can do until Adobe replies. Their investigation could take days, or it could take weeks. Monitor your spam folder to be sure that you don't miss any replies.

I contacted they, buy no reply. i also comtacted adbobe support, but they said no problem with my account, and they can/t help on this. Seems adobe technical support and contribution are differetn department.

I got higher sale today, it's the issue to block me?

Yes, Adobe Contributor Support is separate from the rest of Adobe Customer Support.  Adobe Customer Support won't be able to help you with this issue.

If you've already contacted Adobe Contributor Support, the reply may take several days.  There isn't anything else to do except wait for their reply, and they will only communicate via email in regards to account matters.
