Adobe Stock doesn't sell fonts.  They sell images.

You may use Adobe Fonts in logos and rasterized (flattened) images.

Buyers will need their own font license to use Adobe Fonts on their devices.

Adobe Font Licensing:

Vector DOs & DON'Ts:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/vector-requirements.html

"Avoid using text unless it’s a necessary part of your composition, because buyers may need to select a substitute font."

I would guess not. You can't produce an outlined asset of a full character set (or a considerable subset) of any fonts to sell here on Adobe stock. That would be an IP violation. You can, however, create an artwork, like a blackboard, having “abcd” written on by using (outlined) Adobe fonts.
