    1 is an image of two butterflies created using meta ai, 2nd is a pattern made by using capture and this time i am sharing screen shot using capture and making pattern.

    Now if i vectorize this pattern will it remain legal and my work or not.

    Final pattern in also attached in .jpg format

    Meta AI is a generative AI, so the resulting asset is generative AI. If in doubt, you should mark the asset as generative AI.

    You still need to check, if you are allowed to use the assets commercially, if generated via Meta AI.

    You can use any tool to create vector assets. The basis of your asset (in your case, an image) needs to be your work. That is legal. You can't take an image from a different artist, however. That is illegal.

    Thanks for your answer... So what about my 2md point?

    If i make line art using generative ai and convert it to a vector using adobe capture then submitt on my adobestock contributor account without checking the generative ai option as i made modifications.. is it stil remain ok to present it as my own work. As i made vector by myself

    The important part of your question is "If i make line art using generative ai". If your drawing started out as AI, it MUST be declared as AI when you submit to Adobe stock. Once AI, always AI, no matter what other treatments you apply to it.

    @Muhammad32251144dszx

    I've moved your post from Adobe Capture to the Adobe Stock Contributors forum.

    What do mean when you say yor "capture your own image"? Are you starting with a photo that you yourself took?

    Yes started by photo taken by myself.

    I am interested in knowing following two aspects.

    1. If i took a photo using adobe capture and turn it into a pattern and then save it as .svg file then is there any issue to my adobestock contributor account?

    2. If a make a lineart work using any artificial intelligence software (image attached) and then comvert this image into .svg or png and upload on my contributor account without submitting as generative ai content... Is it legal or possible?
