Using my own exclusive fotolia-pictures on Instagram or my webpage?

On fotolia all pictures of me are submitted exclusive. Now I merged my account with adobe stock (because fotolia is running off). Are theses fotolia pictures still exclusive? And may I use them for advertising on Instagram or my homepage? Thx in advance.

There is no exclusivity program at Adobe Stock. The exclusive status at Fotolia is still valid however it will go away once Fotolia is closed. You are welcome to use the files in your social media or for marketing yourself.
