Validation status issue

Hello,

 

I have this problem for this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."

I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.

What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

If you have replied to the Contact Us link, you will eventually receive a reply, though it could take weeks. In the meantime, don't spam Adobe with multiple emails on this topic, which only serves to further clog their already overwhelmed Contributor Support staff.
