Validierungsstatusproblem - pending support reply

Hello! I am experiencing a 'Validierungsstatusproblem' with my contributor account. I contacted support on February 16th asking them to keep only my main account and deactivate any old/forgotten duplicate ones, but I haven't received a reply yet.  My case number is: 00476665.  Could a moderator please help escalate my case to the support team? Thank you!

      The participants in this forum are other Contributors, and we have no influence on how quickly Stock Contributor Support replies to support requests. Unfortunately, Adobe rarely checks in to this forum.
