Vector file (EPS) Upload Errors

While uploading Vector File (eg. EPS) a warning message shows at the top saying file had upload errors.

Here is a screenshot of the warning.

I have communicated with my friends who are also a contributor, they all admitted that they faced similar issues while uploading files. And they couldn’t resolved it anyway.

I’ve seen it noted on Discord that Adobe is aware of this problem and it applies as well to Illustrator files. SVG files appear to work in the meantime while Adobe attempts to fix the issue.

When Adobe Experience is having issues, it’s best to try back later after the issues are resolved.

Same problem, all of a sudden EPS can’t be uploaded. Tried to upload a file that has been accepted a few days ago, same problem. And I uploaded with browser and with XPiks - same problem.

I bet its an iternal problem/bug? Please fix this, I have Christmas content to upload :D

I have been experiencing the same issue since yesterday. EPS files fail during processing. I hope Adobe resolves this as soon as possible.

As I understand it, EPS files are not accepted. They should be in Illustrator or SVG format.

Daniel, I really appreciate that you replied to help me out.

But, I think it’s a Misinformation.
I have already submitted 15+ EPS files on adobe stock. So, “EPS files are not accepted” is not true.

I think the problem is with adobe server or system related issue.
When I upload any JPG/PNG files, it is uploaded smoothly without any errors. But EPS file occurs upload errors.

I will take your reply as a Suggestion and give it a try by uploading SVG format instead of EPS.

Yeah, give that a try. If another format works, do let me know. If not, then I assume it’s a bug, hopefully temporary.
