Vector file with transparent background?

Hi all,
How do I keep the PNG file or transparent vector have boundaries (the white space area) like the design below?

I upload an EPS file without background. but the design cropped to artwork bound.

I can understand that you would like some white space around your assets, but a tightly cropped area is following the rules.

Just place a white object such as a white rectangle on a separate layer as a background. That white object will make a transparent background when downloaded as a png, that way your image won't look cut off.

Hi PaintedKitty,

I have tried your suggestion. Layer 1 for the white rectangle and layer 2 for the design.
after the design was published, no option for a PNG button. 
only AI/EPS and JPEG options.

Then the background is not considered as being transparent. And it may not be transparent.
