Vector Files Not Accepted. Please assist , thanks!

I've had vector files not accepted for the following reasons:

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your vector. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it contains one or more technical issues, so we can't accept it into our collection.

Your file has one or more of these issues:

  • Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.
  • Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.
  • Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)
  • You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.

The forum won't let me upload vector file formats, so here is the link to my Google Drive folder with the three vector files of the same image, all of which were not accepted:

I'd like feedback as to how these would be worked on so they will be accepted.  By the way, I submitted them through the portal where I don't have to include a jpeg preview; Adobe Stock will automatically create one.

Thank you.

I hope that your suggestions will help other new contributors in the future.

Have an awesome day!

It looks to me like this is a vectorized pixel graphic. You need to cure things like this:

You also need to group your elements, like the tennis player, so that a potential buyer can take out only the player, or only the background.

In addition, you have not really paid attention to your artboard. It shouldn't expose this white border. You also have a blank layer, for no reason. That should be deleted.

Remark: you should only submit either an EPS or an .AI or an SVG, but not all three.

Incidentally: you can attach .ai files here, I suppose it also works with SVG and EPS.

Ok thanks for your feedback.

The four rejection reasons given by Adobe do not include your feedback, however

Most of the reasons talk about "jpeg" etc, and also about "raster" image.  I have let the Adobe upload portal create the jpeg previews , and I don't think I've included links to the raster image.

Moderators simply select a refusal type. Your's is quality issues, and what I pointed out are quality problems. Moderators do not write a refusal. The text you get is a standard text, related to the refusal and not targeted to your submission. It's mostly a suggestion in what you should look into. And it looks pretty outdated, as the generation of the preview is no more in your hands.

Formerly, you could create your own preview with your vector graphics. That is no more possibke, especially, because if submission errors, but also improved preview generation and added file types (vector graphics are now offered also as .png files, if there is tranparency).
