Vector Files Stuck in Review for Over 12 Days – Need Assistance

Hi Guys,

I uploaded 51 vector files more than 12 days ago, but they are still in review. Additionally, I have over 200 more files waiting for submission. I understand that review times may vary, but this delay seems longer than usual.

Is my account still under verification, or is there any issue with my submissions? I would appreciate any insights on the review process and whether I need to take any action to speed things up.

The displayed waiting time when files are first submitted is up to 8 weeks. Some contributors are having files reviewed the same day, others have had assets waiting to be reviewed for months. There are no issues without your account. It's simiply the way the review process is working at this time.

There is nothing you can do to hasten the review of your assets. 12 days is not a long time to wait. I have some assets that are still waiting after 9 months, though newer submissions have been reviewed.

    Why should your account be under verification?

     

    As long as the assets are waiting for moderation, you will not know if there is an issue with your submissions. If there is an issue, you will get a refusal. 

     

    There is nothing you can do to accelerate moderation or shorten your waiting time.

    12 days is nothing. 

    The wait queue is 1 - 3 months.
