As far as I'm concerned, EPS is an obsolete file type. I don't buy them.

I prefer to work with editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .svg) files.

Yes and I understand that we can not upload the same file more than one time (if you are refering to this).
I was wondring if different formats make one file... I think I have my answer.

Yes, different formats are one file each. You are not allowed to upload the same asset as ai, eps, svg, png and jpeg. Use only (preferencially) ai, png and jpeg will be generated by Adobe stock.
