Verify Contributor Benefit Plan (No Active Subscription)

Creating an Adobe Stock Contributor Account does not enroll you in any Adobe software subscriptions. Those are separate subscriptions, and have nothing to do with your Contributor Account.

Log-in to your Adobe online account below.

• https://account.adobe.com/plans
  If you have an active subscription plan, it will show which one and when it expires.
• https://account.adobe.com/products
  

  If you've purchased product licenses, it will show which ones and their serial numbers.

An active payment card on file is required to cancel or change subscriptions, regardless of whether you pay for services or not.

I don't believe being a new contributor automatically gives you access to any Adobe Creative Cloud plan. In any case, you are not addressing Adobe here, but contributors like yourself. You need to contact Adobe support.
