Subject: Appeal and request for clarification regarding account block

Message:
Hello Adobe Stock Team,
I recently received a notice that my contributor account has been blocked due to violations of the Submission Guidelines or Contributor Terms. I sincerely apologize if any of my submissions or activities unintentionally violated the rules.

I highly respect Adobe Stock’s platform and community, and I have always tried to contribute original and high-quality content. However, I am not sure exactly which specific file(s) or action(s) caused this issue. Could you please provide me with detailed information about the exact reason for the block? This will help me understand my mistake clearly and avoid repeating it in the future.

I kindly request a review of my account suspension. I assure you that I am fully committed to following all submission guidelines and contributor terms strictly from now on. If needed, I am ready to provide original source files (such as RAW images, working files, or proofs of ownership) to verify the authenticity of my content.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I truly hope to get a second chance to contribute to Adobe Stock in compliance with all rules and standards.

I didn't get any response even after sending an appeal message to the Adobe team.

You cannot reach an Adobe employee through this forum. You are given a "Contact us" link on the pop-up message when you try to login. You must use that link.
Alternately, you can appeal here: Adobe Appeals Form

I understand that you are disapointed, but there is no possibility that this community of peers can help you. It looks like reviewing blocked accounts takes a lot of time, especially when there are many assets, as each asset needs to be checked again and the resources are limited. And I would not expect a too detailed analysis, as that also takes a lot of resources to do.

Best is to move on, and submit to other agencies in the meantime.

Just to say: it is enough to post one disqualifying asset to get blocked, even if 10,000 other assets are OK.

Fellow user in this forum can't help you. This is a private matter between you and Stock Contributor Support.  Use the secure official channel.

While you wait for your investigation to finish, work on other projects, submit content to other services.

Good luck.
