This is a common issue, and your options are either to wait, or to delete and resubmit. Some submissions get stuck in the submission queue, others get moderated very late. With 7 months, I would suggest resubmitting.

That do happen to some files. My experience: keep submitting new files daily. They all eventually get reviewed.

No one knows the reason why some assets wait so long for review. It has been suggested that you delete and resubmit. You might try that with a few of your files to see if that brings them to the attention of the Adobe reviewers.

You will have to ask Adobe. We don't have the answer you seek. As already stated, we are not Adobe but, contributors just like yourself.
