Video Files Characteristics

Hello, community.

Question about video files.

I uploaded a 4k video with resolution 2160x2160 px in mp4.
After submission in my dashboard the files are displayed with the same characteristics, but on AdobeStock they are with HD resolution 1080x1080 px in mov format.

Any thoughts about this situation?
