VIDEO needs EDITORIAL Button

Why cannot Adobe add an editorial button to the video uploads.?? To spend hours uploading video files and then have them rejected no matter how saleable the file might be because they have some detail in them that gets a "intellectual property " refusal is very time wasting. Getty ,Shuttersock Pond5 all have the ability to submit a file as editorial ? why cannot Adobe. I shoot Video of cityscapes and there are always going to be incidental people in them. There are lots of TV priogrammes on Travel (editorial)  Not Advertising.

Illustrative Editorial content is for images only that contain Trademarks or Trade dress like Coke & Pepsi cans or Tesla Cybertrucks. Limited to use in journalism, it reduces potential sales and is not a workaround for model releases.

Video is commercial use only. Be more selective about what you capture on video. If you have any doubts, don't submit it to Adobe.

"Who can I ask why."

Us. And we don't always have the answer, and there is no way to appeal a moderator's decision.

Read Adobe's Illustrative Editorial guidelines carefully - they do not accept ANY submissions with people in them.
