Video quality may be too low

Some of my videos display "Video quality may be too low". Should i delete the vidoes before submitting or just  uplaod them and see the resuslt.? What is your advise on this? Thank you replying!

What size are you generating the video you're submitting?

Anything smaller than the default size will be rejected.

It is a 4K video 

Frame width: 480

Frame height: 640

size : 680KB

I don't see it as being an issue, but I'm not a moderator. It MIGHT be a little small in file size, but you'll be told as much if so when you attempt to submit it.
