Is there any way of changing the video thumbnail image presented to buyers. The action in a video often starts after the first few frames and the ability the present the best frame to the buyer could be crutial in getting a sale.

    check in your editing software if you can change the POSTERFRAME. That is what they call the first Frame showing.

      this answer is given in 2018..! we are in 2021 and we still cant set a thumbnail ?!
      I can't believe it.. really.. sad...

        Now Aug 2022, still not an option? If you start a video with a pan to the subject, the random thumbnail may be horrible, but the video is excellent!
