Dear Consultant, An icon was created using AI.
Then it was manually made into a motion video using After Effects.
Now, when uploading this video, do I have to check the AI option?

Yes of course. If the image started out as AI, it's still AI no matter what additional processing you apply.

Obviously, your generative AI assets is an important part of your animation, so it should be considered to be and to stay generative AI, even if the animation has been done manually.
