I agree with the composition and cropping comments made by daniellei4510

This photo has bigger issues of pixelation. This could be due for different reasons.

If you are using Adobe Photoshop, one good way I use to see what’s happening to my finish photo, go to “View” option and select View Actual Size, this shows me your photo has major issues of interpolation (what new pixels look like after you resize and edit an image)

Your photos will continue to be rejected regardless how great they are if this is how you submit them.
