W-8BEN tax form for Hong Kong company

Hello,

 

I'm trying to fill out the form W-8BEN for a company residing in Hong Kong. The form is forcing me to fill out the treaty information, but there is no tax treaty between US and Hong Kong. Do I still have to fill out the form?

What company is it? Is this related to submitting assets to Adobe?

Prior to the treaty question, there is usually a question for you to choose the option of treaty or no treaty. Look again to see where you overlooked that question.
