Waiting 2 months for images being reviewed and 10 days since contacting support?!

Hi there.

I've submitted some graphical art back at the start of may, which is still "In review". I have heard nothing from Adobe what so ever. I mean the confirmation text clearly states: "Thank you for your submission, your files will be reviewed by the moderation team within the next few days", so how come this process has taken like 20X that time, and still no movement.......

Also you get no response from support either. I've sent a ticket to "contributor-support@adobe.com" on the 2nd of July, and still no answer.

Is this really the norm here?

I've heard Adobe reviews around 500,000 assets weekly.  They are working to clear what is thought to be a temporary backlog.

Due to the massive influx of generative AI assets, this (2 months or more) is the normal review time for illustrations. You probably won't receive an answer from Support regarding when your assets will be reviewed, because they just don't know. The automatic response indicating that reviews will occur in a few days really needs to be updated - it was true before Adobe started accepting AI, but is no longer accurate.
