Want to learn why some images are not approved

Hello to you! Can any of you please help me identify why these images were not approved? Personally, I find nothing wrong and would appreciate your feedback on my images to learn more about Adobe's quality policy. Many thanks in advance for your help!

No problem. These look like they were done in Flux, which does a great job with people but has a tendency to exaggerate otherwise facial features.

ColourfulMike109.png - one eye is focused and the other is not; the irises should be round

ColourfulMike76.png - same issues

ColourfulMike106.png - teeth are poorly drawn, adam's apple is not realistic
