    I looked at the histogram. Exposure is not an issue. Maybe saturation. But, when viewed at 200% there are definitely artifacts in the sky to be seen. Also I find that the blurry foreground is too much and that the bag on the post should be removed.

      Overexposed, over-saturated and noisy.
