Wats wrong with my photos?

I uploaded about 20 photos, all of the same quality and color correction in Lightroom. Only 4 were accepted, the rest were rejected due to poor quality.

2139, 2152 are OK

Other are not:(

IMG_2145.jpeg - underexposed areas

IMG_2147.jpeg - underexposed areas, but also not a compelling composition - what's the main subject?
IMG_2142.jpeg - not well composed.

Try to imagine how a Buyer might use such images...

Hello,

Photo 2142 - composition - there is a problem with the verticals.

Photo 2147 - composition and shadows

Photo 2145 - composition as well as exposure. Could add more contrast.

Perhaps it's because of the slow shutter speed or the lens's performance, but the photo looks blurry.
I think it would be easier to pass the review if you made it a little sharper.

In most photos the shadows are underexposed and the details need sharpening. Some buildings are not vertical and there are some IP violations (IMG_2145) and you should crop to make the photos more appealing.
