What are the criteria for images that are considered spam?

I am very careful when creating png (transparent) images using ai, I only use 1 prompt for 2 images maximum. I create 100 images with the same category, but the results I think are almost similar, but different if you look closely. can that be considered spam? I include a screenshot of the file being reviewed. Please give me instructions.

Similar pictures are from the same subject, like the woman in the white pullover. You are allowed to submit 3 different poses of those. So anything with a lot more of 3 poses would be considerd spam. 5 or 6 of the same would be considered as duplicates.

The same with the plants.

I wouldn't consider it as spam.
