I agree with @Jill_C regarding the underexposure and inconsistent focus of the main blooms.  When you look at the image at 100% magnification, you  see that the edges of the petal isn't all in focus and there is a fair bit of noise.  I would also add that the white balance seems to be off and the image is too warm.

 

 

I think it is a very cool image.
