With a quick search, there are 2+ million images that are slightly similar to your own as well.

If you open layer 1, we will be able to check for fragments or any raster files you might have opened in your drawing.

If you submitted the Ai file to Adobe, you would not be responsible for the JPG error. Therefore, if no raster files or fragments are in your drawing, you’d resubmit the Ai file.
