What if my designs are not accepted by Adobe Stock due to copyright issue while I had made the illustration designs through a paid plan of a well known graphic designing platform?

What if my designs are not accepted by Adobe Stock due to  copyright issue while I had made the illustration designs through a  paid plan of a well known graphic designing platform? At the time of making the designs, no watermarks were there, but later they ( watermarks)  appeared after the subimssion on Adobe Stock on the original designing platform. How to deal with it?
