There is no BEST tool. 

Decide what type of content you want to create: animation, cartoons, photorealism, artistic, fantasy, etc. 

Google search is your friend.

I don’t think there’s a single best option, they all have their pros and cons.

I’ve been using Google Flow for almost a year, mainly for generating images (Nano Banana Pro), and I’m still impressed with the results. The videos are getting better and more affordable too.

On the other hand, if you want something with strong commercial safety, Firefly is probably the better option. 

Any, depending on what kind of style or subject you’re dealing with. Photorealistic? Cartoons? Illustrations? I do a lot of photorealistic people myself, so Gemini 3 and ChatGPT work well for me. I’ve also used Firefly and a lot of models within Firefly. As far as Adobe is concerned, it doesn’t care what you use so long as the model’s T&Cs allow commercial use, as most paid models do.
