What is the normal wait time for review

Can someone tell me how long the normal wait is to have images reviewed?  I have images that have been waiting 7 days to be reiewed. I am new to AS and am in the process of moving my 8000 images from Shutterstock. Hoping the long wait is an anomally and not the norm.
