What is the problem with my photo?

Dear Community,

I’ve submitted my first photo to Adobe Stock but unfortunately it got rejected because of quality issues.
I went through the documentation of course to find what is defining a quality issue and I think I understand the documentation but I could not find of those in my photo.

Can you please help if you see something in particular?

Your help, hints would be deeply appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
Tamás

What are you selling— the tree or the animal?

Examine your image at 100-200% magnification. The foreground is poorly focussed.

    Hey @TamasSzabolics

The branches are distracting. You could use Photoshop to remove them and add more leaves to create a lovely border around the monkey.

Take the image into Lightroom and add a denoise and few adjustment layers to bring out the colours.

Make sure that the monkey is the main focus.

    cheers
    Nate

    Hello,

I would add composition as well. I think you could have framed the monkey better agmonst the red leaves. I also think the white balance could be tweeked a bit. A bit too much of a red cast, caused by the leaves.

Maybe think about this kind of framing:

Thank you @Nancy OShea for your reply. Yes I got that now others were also pointed out the out of focus foreground. I was aimed to selling both, the monkey on this beautiful tree.
