What is the quality issue of my work? Works similar to this are not accepted.

Some of my old artworks were not accepted due to quality issues. this is one of them , These artworks were drawn and painted after a long work. What is the quality issue in this artwork? Note The reason I only share the drawing stages of my artwork here is so that you can see the effort put into it.
