I observe motion blur. The framing needed to be dehazed and seem to bee too cool.

Crop and adjust levels on the bull (your main subject).  It's a more interesting photo.

I agree with @Nancy OShea . Concentrate on your subject.

And @jacquelingphoto2017 is correct the bull is blurred and needs sharpening.

This is a scouting reference shot... Taking the shot at the right time will give you way superior results, not just detail to the sky, but also avoid the flaring of all the light on the upper top half of your frame.

Cows are OK, quality of photo is very low - light, contrast, colors , sky a and trees in background its very amateur ...etc.

I assume you want to know why the image was rejected based on quality issues? The sky is blownout.
