You should give the rejection reason, but looking at this I would say it was rejected for out of focus. I see that you wanted a bokeh effect, but here you have out of focus areas on the flower. The flower should be sharp!

Also, note that for Adobe Stock smartphone photos tend not to do so well. There are various reasons why.
