What's the reason of rejection?

File ID: 129566199 was rejected due to the Grain/Noise Problem??? I don't understand that as file is shot ISO100 and is perfectly sharp and comes of the PhaseOne camera. The is no place for grain or noise. It's fish fried on the pan and entire background and is hot/burning oil. It may look like a grain bit it's how boiling oil does looks like. I don't agree with the review and I'd like to ask to be reviewed again.
