Hi!
The reason for the reject - technical problems.

You need to watch your histogram:

You have no information in the blacks and in the whites. There exist filters you can use to get that effect and for artistic pictures it may be nice (I've used it here and there), but it's a 100% refusal for Adobe stock.

I agree with @Ricky336 on the commercial value, And I wouldn't use it for any of your 3 points. However, I never ask the commercial value of pictures. It's up to the buyer to decide. Sometimes, pictures that I think not to have commercial value sell.

Hello,

You need to add more brightness and contrast to the photo. It is too dull and the colours are muted.

Also, how can this be used commercially? What selling aspect can it have? What could potential buyers use this for?

It is important to think about the commercial aspect when uploading files to stock.

Have a read of this from Adobe about how to create better photos:

Commercially used:
1. Fire safety systems?
2. Fire transport industry.
3. Missile defense systems (military industry)
More brightness and contrast - done. Waiting for the result
