So anyways I assume that, you are not using Illustrator to make you vectors?

If so, I would not use gradients in a program like Inkscape for example. Since the gradients do not do well in a program like Illustrator. It must conform to Illustrator standards.

What is happening?

Does it not upload? Change the browser!

Does it get rejected? What is the reason? (Heading is enough)

You will probably get a Quality Issues's rejection, as your vector graphic is not clean and has errors.

In my opinion it does not look complete. It needs more details, such as the nose and mouth. The corners need to be round and I believe it should be a head out of the background.
