What should I do to unlock my account? Please tell me, thank you

I have been operating this account for several years since I registered it. I have new works updated every week, and the sales are pretty good. But yesterday I suddenly received a notification that my account was blocked. During this period, I did not receive any messages or emails saying that there were problems with the works I uploaded. My account was suddenly blocked. I really don’t know what I did wrong?
If there is anything wrong, please tell me and I will correct it as soon as possible. After all, I have been operating this account for many years, and I have received a lot of help from you during this period. Thank you very much!
Finally, I would like to ask the following questions and hope to get a reply:
1. What is the problem with my account? Please point it out clearly so that I can make changes as soon as possible.
2. Can my account be unblocked? What should I do to unblock it? I will try my best to cooperate.
This account is really important to me. I really don’t want it to be blocked like this. Please understand my feelings and help me, okay? Thank you!

Do what Adobe says, use the "conatct us" link provided. Proveide any information regarding the "suspicious activity" that you can, then wait. There is nothing else you can do.

Hi @lrunups ,

No one on the forum can help to get your account unblocked. You need to follow the instructions on your contributor account page to reach out to Adobe using the contact link they send you. In the note you create, you can ask the questions you ask here. After reaching out via that link, you wait patiently. Adobe will respond.

Use the contact us link and wait for Adobe's reponse. It is possible that your account will be restored after Adobe has completed their investigation.

I have same issue, my accont, my brothers account, my wife's accounts were de activated alltogether, and no answer, not a single answer explains the reasons for 6 month now, I am sure it is mistake, but nobody even wrote me any reason why this accounts were de activated, can you help?

I am sorry to hear that. Noone here in this forum can help by looking into the matter. We are not Adobe employees and have noway of influencing the investigation.

I was blocked only after receiving the following email on September 27. I contacted you immediately, but you never replied. I have no other options. I can only ask for help here. I am really anxious. After all, so many days have passed, and there is no news at all. I have no other options.
