Whats with the approval time?

What happen with the approval time again went up to 8 weeks? Before 10th of Jan was taking just few days now back to the 2 month waiting list. I have pictures relating incoming celebrations etc and by the time pictures get approved it would be past date of event. Why dont they make the AI Spammers wait and keep most of the work on actual photographs. Sorry its just annoying that we have to wait 8 weeks we need to upload probably half a year ahead of some important event so our pictures to be actualy with the trends...

Adobe continues to prioritize AI assets, with many of those, though not all, getting reviewed very quickly. I haven't had any real photographs reviewed since mid-December, except for 2 that I submitted to the Illustrative Editorial collection - those almost always get reviewed overnight. Just as an experiment I submitted two AI images earlier this week, and they were reviewed in <48 hours. Not sure why Adobe has adopted this strategy. I suppose they want to become the premiere supplier of AI images and build up their database before some of the other Stock images start accepting AI - but that's just a guess.

Thats a really bad strategy if thats what they do. I have pictures hanging in the queue for over a month already. I did have same as you editorial and they went straight throu like under 24h were approved. But now back on the benches waiting for miracle to happen.

You should look at this from the Adobe perspective. Generative AI is great business for them. The single contributor is just one pion in that game.
