When I try to access my Adobe Stock contributor account I am blocked and told I have too many accounts. I don't and have used the account for years. Who do I talk to about that?

I have a case for this: 00473461. 

I was notified as I usually am that a picture had sold. As usual there was a link so I could go to my account. When I tried, I saw a message saying I could not enter the account because I have multiple accounts. I don’t. I have gotten in for many years. How do I get paid now??
