When I uploaded the file, I found myself unable to click include in submission

I have recently encountered an issue with the Adobe Stock website and I hope someone can help me out. I have uploaded several illustrations in PNG file format on the website, but I am unable to click the "include in submission" button after uploading the file. Here are some more details about the issue:
- I have only uploaded illustrations in PNG file format so far, and I am unsure if video or audio files would also encounter this issue after uploading.
- The issue only occurs on the Adobe Stock website, and I have not encountered any problems with other Adobe Stock applications.
- I have not encountered any error messages or warnings during the upload process, but I am unable to click "include in submission" after uploading the file.
- I have tried using different browsers, including the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, but the issue persists.
- I have restarted my computer, cleared the browser cache, and tried using other devices, but the problem still occurs.
- I am using the English version of the Adobe Stock website in Mainland China, and I am not sure if this is the reason for the issue.
I have recently installed high-speed broadband at home and bought a new laptop, so I am confident that there are no issues with my network or computer. However, I am still unable to include my files in the submission.
