Question

Where to analyze and fix technical problems of a video upload?

Hello. I’ve received a very general response from Adobe about a technical video rejection

Response:

“...it contains one or more technical issues, such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues..”

With this responses I’m not able to detect precisely the problem.

I contact support but they told me “we are unable to provide specific feedback on individual refusals”

So. Is this forum the place to request help to somebody for review my video or discuss which could be the problem to correct and reupload?

Thanks!

Did you read through all the video submission requirements?

The 7-part section on video starts here:

I’m not qualified to give opinions on AI generated videos. I suspect changing from 16 to 24 fps is where the issue is. That’s about as all I can suggest:)

    Best of luck!

Many thanks for your quick responses and positive energy.

I’m not able to upload the video, but I’m able to send captions of the detail that I think is the issue that reject my video.

I think the problem in this video is a “ghosting” motion problem, ant that is the “compression problem” that the curator mentioned in the rejection message, because the other aspects the curator mentioned are not in the video. I list those:

    • There is not unintentional shaking due this video was not recorded, was AI generated.
    • There is no empty black or white frame in the video.
    • And there is no audio issues, because the video it have no audio.

Attached captions. When the female says goodbye with her hand that inconsistent trail in the motion appears, due the video was frame changed from 16fps to 24fps.

What you think? Is possible to correct/repair a rejected video and reupload again to Adobe Stock? Should I mention that the video is a reviewed version of a previous video?

The ghosting will definitely result in a rejection. The rejection reason supplied is a copperplate response and may include one or more of the reasons listed as a rejection.

Without looking at it it’s impossible to say, upload it to YouTube and send link.

    1. do you know basics about editing? What are you editing with? For example, are you rendering at same speed you shot? Are you using stabilization tool? That would be a reason for unintentional shaking.

    Don’t give up yet!

Yes, this is the place. Decisions of the moderators are always final and they will not provide individual feedback.
