Which specific quality issue?

The attached picture was rejected for quality issues but I was not informed which issue(s). I need to know to learn. Many thanks.

You won't get additional information on refusals. Adobe stock is not a site to learn photography.

 

There are blown out areas in your picture (red):

You have a lot of noise:

 

and your main subject looks like being badly edited:

Did you clone out the private information written on? You should do that, but the picture needs to seem like it hasn't been edited. Besides: I also think that the DoF is too narrow. For me, the lock should have been in focus.

I think focus. The depth of field is very shallow.
