Why 16 images from PARC GUELL (Antoni Gaudi) been rejected

Recently I submitted 19 images from PARC GUELL by Antoni Gaudi, but only 3 were approved for sale and the other 16 rejected because *Violation of intellectual Property*?.

But according to Adobe Stock list of *KNOW IMAGE RESTRICTIONS* updated February 2017 its says *PARC GUELL* COMMERCIAL YES in green.

If you search for Parc Guell in ADOBE STOCK you will find photos as commercial, so I don't understand the rejection? Has anyone of the contributors experienced same situation?
