Why adobe stock is suspending accounts?

Hey recently I got msgs from my friends and different communities that adobe stock is suspending accounts and they are not giving the exact reason that why they are doing this just they do is send the same email that written down only that account blocked due to terms and violations and other thing is that many accounts have been suspended at a same time could any clarify this that what happening because my 3 friends that completely depend on Adobe stock are now like in meter a away to becoming broke they spent 6 - 7 years doing this and now adobe stock is suspending accounts with out any reason and also when we use there contact us it also doesn’t work like they are completely dead at customer support! is anybody here have a clear reason for that?

Hey they suspendid my account as well😢

Adobe always gives a reason only the reason does not offer a precise message as to why. And yes, it seems that there is a new algorithm which is deactivating accounts. The only thing we can do is submit an appeal and hope that the issues get resolved quickly.
