why ai image and video rejected?

Respected Sir / Madam,

Rejected Reason for images from Adobe stock: We can't accept more than three color variations of the same image or similar images, and models must appear in different situations or with different expressions to be considered. Please be selective and submit only the very best from each image series.

Rejected Reason for video from Adobe stock: unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues

please guide me " what is Similar Image(s) and Quality Issues for both images and videos in all category? "

A similar image is having posted something that is similar to a different asset in your portfolio, or, for some assets in the database. However, there are currently so many assets refused for being similar, without being similar, that we simply assume that Adobe uses a new tool that is ill calibrated.

For your video: You have "camera shake", but I assume, you are reciting the most popular reasons given for quality issues for videos.

If you check your video closely, you see artefacts like here:

Or here: (walking grass)

Or the moving rock ... and a lot of other artefacts.

And if you ask me: an owl is not walking away, but is flying away. But that is a simple detail.
