Yes, you should check your assets at 100% before submitting. Checking at a lower size will not bring to your attention all the artefacts and errors in an image. You will need to correct any errors you see. If you can't correct, do not submit.

I must say that raising the issue here has been much more helpful than I initially thought. Your responses have made me realize that I need to aim for a significantly higher level of quality.

The worst is that the little finger is cut off. @daniellei4510 marked it. Also the one fat hair on the right side of her neck.

There are a number of drawing errors which I've marked. That said, the face isn't photo realistic but has that plastic, cartoonish feel about it that is typical with some AI renderings.
